Grasp Sub-Processors and Sub-Contractors

Grasp engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below. Grasp refers to third parties that do not have access to or process customer data but who are otherwise used to provide the services as subcontractors and not sub-processors.

Sub-Processors

In order to assist in providing the services outlined in agreements with customers, Grasp may engage and use sub-processors.

The list below provides information about the name, purpose, location and legal data transfer mechanism of Grasp’s sub-processors that may have access to certain personal data.

Sub-Contractors
